Refer to each item’s description for exact turnaround time. Most items are made to order and ship within 2-4 weeks after purchase. Custom made orders ship within 3-5 weeks. However, a rush orders may be available at short notice, for a fee. Please inquire before you order. I ship world-wide from Missouri, USA.
Shipping options are displayed at check-out. You may choose First Class Mail (4-6 days) for $6, or Priority Mail (2-3 days) for approx $8. Express/overnight Mail is set at $30, however if actual postage costs me less I will refund the difference if in excess of $5. Remember to allow for production time, in addition to the shipping time! A tracking number is included with every order.

The following shipment timeframes DO NOT include the 2-4 week production time it takes to make your item(s): USPS First Class International averages 2-3 weeks in-transit, starting at $16. This option does not include tracking or insurance. For trackable/insurable shipping overseas, please consider an upgraded shipping option:
— Priority International Mail: approx. $46 for delivery in approx. 6-10 days. Includes tracking.
— Express International Mail: approx. $53 for delivery in approx. 5 business days. Includes tracking AND insurance.
Note that unless you purchase one of the two safest / more costly shipping methods, your items will be sent via First Class and the package will not be trackable or insured. In my experience, very few packages are lost altogether, although a small percentage experience delays at customs. I can not be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries.
Also note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any import duties and tax to receive your package. This fee is imposed at the discretion of your country’s postal system, not my company. I am required by law to report the full merchandise value on the outside of every package.
I do my best to accommodate rush order requests! Availability will depend on my current wait-list, and whether I need to order supplies to make your special item(s). The rush fee is $35 for for 3-5 day production instead of a few weeks. (Items valued under $40 may cost less, please inquire.)Please consider Express Mail for fastest delivery, as well. All domestic (USA) orders are assigned a tracking number after shipment. International buyers who want the ability to track their package must choose either Priority Mail or Express Mail. The pricing for these expedited options are above. Otherwise the package will be sent First Class, which is the least expensive method and does not include tracking or insurance. Please email me if you have questions! All buyers will receive an email confirmation once their order ships.
Once a parcel leaves my careful hands, I cannot be held responsible should it happen to get damaged in-transit or lost by the postal service. (In my experience, this happens very rarely!). On especially high-value purchases, it is recommended that you purchase the Express Mail option, which includes insurance. Other packages that are lost or damaged while in-transit will not be reimbursed or replaced.
Please choose your item(s) carefully, and email with any questions before you purchase. Items are made at the time you purchase, and are non-returnable except in cases where the item arrives damaged (when not due to shipping). I ask that you email me within 3 days of receiving your item(s), should this occur. Every item is carefully and lovingly handmade “to order” with the utmost attention to detail, and they are packaged for shipment with the same level of care to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
If you would like to see a small sample of a flower or other material (to check color, etc) before you buy, just email me and I am happy to drop one in the mail to you. Since every item is handmade to order, I cannot make completed item(s) to try before you buy. Thank you!
For color accuracy: be aware that different monitors may show color values differently. Please read the item listing for description of colors, and do not rely exclusively on the photos for color accuracy.
How do I know what size to order?
For crowns, use a tape measure wrapped around your head (across the forehead and fullest part of your back-head). If you are unsure, email me! I can make any crown to fit you perfectly. The standard adult size is given at check-out, but if you need a custom size you can select “custom” from the drop-down menu, then write the exact measurement in the comment-box. Be sure to consider your hairstyle when giving the measurement – a bridal updo will require a bigger size, for example.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Orders of 4+ identical items qualify for a 10% discount. Please contact me prior to ordering.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes! The first item is shipped at-cost, with only $1 for each additional item. If you purchase other items within 2 days, and want them shipped with your first order, please send me an email and I will gladly refund the extra postage and ship all items in one box. Note that this will push the shipping date forward to accommodate the turnaround time on your most recent purchase.
Do you accept returns?
Since all items are hand-crafted to order, we do not accept returns. See above, under “Return Policy.”
Are your products available elsewhere?
Currently, products are only available in my online stores.
How should I store my hairpiece(s)?
It is recommended you store them in a cool, dry place, such as the top of a closet. It is important to keep them out of direct sunlight, which may cause fading over time.
I gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, all processed securely through PayPal. You do not need to register with PayPal to make a purchase through PayPal.
